Shipping Information and Charges

We ship USPS within the United States only. Sorry, no international orders. For Hawaii or Alaska, please email us with your city, state and zip code to confirm delivery charges.

To ensure accuracy and availability of product, your order will be shipped out within three business days of receipt of order and will be sent Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. Carrier’s shipping schedule during major holidays may affect delivery. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

Unless we are running a special on shipping, the shipping and handling costs for your order is based on the total value of the order.

If you choose to ship an item directly to a recipient, your invoice will be sent separately to you. Please note, we require a phone number for recipient. For a business address, you must include company name and recipient name. Cost of reshipping due to incorrect address is buyer’s responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase, please email us. We will send you a product return form. Simply complete the form and return it with the item to us within 10 days in the original packaging for an exchange or refund. (Sorry, but the shipping fees can not be refunded) If the item is exchanged, we will adjust your balance accordingly.
